Shipping is non refundable. Although you may have received FREE Shipping on your order, that amount paid for shipping and packaging to you is not refundable.
Return shipping and insurance charges are your responsibility.
The shipping and insurance charges paid by you will NOT be included in any refund,
replacement.  Any Products returned freight-collect are subject to being refused.
Please allow 1-2 weeks of turnaround time for your return to be processed.
Missing accessories that should be included with returned Products
will result in a reduced refund or store credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those missing items.
ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK WITH EXTREME CAUTION AND CARE.
PLEASE CAREFULLY PACK THE PRODUCTS FOR RETURN.
DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS AFTER GAS HAS BEEN ADDED OR WHICH HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY FUELED.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY NEGLIGENT SHIPPING.
All returned Products are subject to a 5%-10% restocking fee. PayPal and Credit card fees are non refundable.
Clearance items are FINAL SALE ITEMS, and no refunds, replacement is allowed.

we are unable to accept returns for some Products.
Such items shall be identified as FINAL SALE ITEMS upon purchase.
